INTRODUCTION

This course is mainly to expose students to rudimentary aspect of Basic Mathematics and its application to Business. The course is mainly to prepare students for advanced courses such as Production and Quantitative Techniques.

Course Content

Emphases are on Gradients of Linear and Non-linear Functions; Introduction to Calculus and Economic Application; Introduction to Integration with Economic Application; and Maximum and Minimum Functions of Several Variables.
