The prerequisite course is BUS 312: titled HRM One (1), a core course with three (3) credit units. This course BUS 325 is elective course with two (2) credit Units. It aims at an in-depth examination of the evolution of and activities involved in, human resources management generally and in Nigeria in particular. The themes and issues covered include reward systems and benefits management, pensions systems and management, occupational health and safety, developing and administering disciplinary procedures, organisation development and change management, developing and managing HRM data base systems, conducting and applying the results of HRM research and related issues. Finally, International human resource management was examined.
